Kim whetzel

Kim is a Philadelphia native with a great love of the area and a rich and in-depth understanding of every aspect of the city and surrounding neighborhoods. She is a sales associate at Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty and founder of Team Whetzel, with over 25 years of real estate experience. A second-generation realtor, her father Matthews Williams co-founded Wheeler Williams in 1952, one of the original Main Line real estate firms. Kim specializes in Chestnut Hill, West Mt. Airy, Montgomery County, and the Main Line. She is a “people person” who prides herself on her attention to detail and keen negotiating skills. Her sales career began in the late 1970s in the wholesale clothing business at The Eagles Eye and continued into the 1980s in Institutional Investment sales at The First Boston Corporation.

Kim is passionately committed to the City of Philadelphia, focusing her interests on education, the outdoors, and the arts. She currently serves as a board member of Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, Need in Deed, and the Advisory Committee for the JVS Philadelphia Fund for Women. She also volunteers annually with Friends of the Wissahickon and the Community Clothes Charity.

Nanci Fitzgerald fell in love with Northwest Philadelphia the first time she drove down the cobblestone street affectionately known as “The Avenue.” A seasoned Realtor, Nanci transitioned from her roots in Bucks County to establish a twenty-year home in Chestnut Hill with her husband and two daughters. Recently, they found their dream home in Lower Gwynedd, a space meticulously chosen to blend entertaining and family gatherings. Drawing on her 20 years of experience in Marketing and Events, Nanci infuses her real estate career with a unique set of skills. Whether navigating high-stakes negotiations, fostering relationships, or ensuring an unparalleled experience, Nanci's professional acumen makes her a trusted guide in the intricate world of real estate. Nanci is currently serving as the Director of Marketing for Team Whetzel, Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty's team located in the Chestnut Hill office. Beyond property transactions, Nanci organizes the Queen of Prussia 10K, a dynamic women's running event that has not only become a fitness staple but also a thriving community over its five-year journey. Creating connections and fostering a sense of togetherness have been paramount to Nanci and her partner from the event's inception. Additionally, Nanci dedicates her time to volunteer work at her children’s schools, Norwood Fontbonne Academy, and Gwynedd Mercy Academy High School.
